The Mail Online understands that Aaron Ramsey is no closer to signing a new contract at Arsenal.
The Wales international is into the final year of his current contract at the Emirates and was linked with a move to Chelsea in the summer.
Should a new deal not be agreed he will be free to agree a move to a foreign club in January, with Juventus previous admirers of his work.
The twenty-seven-year old has been with the Gunners since the summer of 2008 and has since played three hundred and thirty-one times, scoring fifty-eight goals – one of which, the winner in the 2014 FA Cup final victory over Hull City.
He was also part of the squads that won the trophy in 2015 and 2017 while internationally he has made fifty-three appearances for his country, scoring thirteen goals.
Arsenal were beaten 3-2 by Chelsea on Saturday afternoon, their second straight defeat.
